Nagaland e-Proposal System (NEPS) is a digital initiative by the Government of Nagaland to drive transparency, speed, and sustainability in public fund management.
The NEPS portal enables real-time proposal creation, fund tracking, and seamless integration with national financial systems like PFMS, IFMS, and e-KUBER. The platform reflects the state’s commitment to efficient governance and development aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
To create a robust, transparent, and accountable platform for managing centrally sponsored schemes and ensure equitable and timely disbursement of development funds across Nagaland.
To be a model for digital governance by streamlining scheme implementation and linking public finance with long-term sustainable growth objectives.
